Our goal
We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA on this website so families can get immigration bond information regardless of ability, device, or assistive technology. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we treat reported barriers as bugs to fix.
What we have built in
A skip-to-main-content link on every page; semantic landmarks for header, navigation, main, and footer; one H1 per page; keyboard operability for all interactive elements with visible focus indicators; color contrast intended to meet or exceed 4.5:1 for body text; text that reflows and remains readable when resized up to 200 percent; descriptive link text and alternative text for meaningful images.
Language and phone access
The site is published in English, Spanish, and Armenian with a persistent language toggle, and the page language attribute updates with your selection so screen readers pronounce content correctly. Every page uses a real click-to-call link to (888) 845-8806. There is no CAPTCHA anywhere on this site, and no form to complete.

We link to government resources such as ice.gov and the immigration court's case information system. Those websites are outside our control, and we cannot guarantee their accessibility.
