1. About these terms
These Terms of Use govern your use of immigrationbailbonds.bond. The website is operated by Hutch K. Harutyunyan DBA: Hutch's Bail Bonds, California Lic. 1840622 / 0840622, Insurance, principal place of business Los Angeles, California. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Educational purpose only
Everything on this website is general educational information about how immigration bonds work. It is not legal advice, not an attorney advertisement, and not a government website. It does not create an attorney-client relationship and it does not replace Form I-352, official government instructions, or advice from a licensed immigration attorney.
3. Not a law firm
We are not attorneys. We do not represent anyone in immigration court, request bond hearings, file motions, or advise on immigration relief. For legal representation, contact a qualified immigration attorney or a nonprofit legal services provider.
4. No government affiliation
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, the Department of Homeland Security, CBP, the Executive Office for Immigration Review, the Department of Justice, USCIS, or any court.
5. No guarantees
Nothing on this site guarantees bond eligibility, a bond amount, release from custody, a release time, or any case result. Eligibility, amounts, and conditions are set by ICE or an immigration judge.
6. Eligibility is decided by the government
Not everyone in ICE custody is eligible for a bond. Some people are subject to mandatory detention. We cannot change, appeal, or influence a custody or bond determination.
7. No prices published
This website does not publish a price list, a premium percentage, a rebate, or any promise to beat another company's price. Quotes are provided by phone based on the specific bond, state, collateral, and underwriting.
8. Premiums and fees
Premiums for surety bonds are generally earned when the bond is posted and are typically non-refundable, even if the case ends quickly or the bond is later cancelled. Any fees are disclosed before you sign.
9. Collateral
Collateral is security for a bond and is handled under a separate written agreement with the surety or agent. It is returned according to that agreement after the bond is cancelled and all conditions are satisfied. Real estate collateral involves a lien or deed of trust; we do not provide appraisals or legal advice about title.
10. Government cash bonds
Cash immigration bonds posted directly with the government follow ICE procedures and hours. Refunds of a government cash deposit are handled by the government under Form I-352 and related notices, not by us.
11. Phone contact only
There is no contact form, email address, chat, or newsletter on this website, and we do not collect phone numbers for marketing text messages. The only way to contact us through this site is to call (888) 845-8806.
12. Call recording
Calls may be recorded or monitored for quality assurance and training. If you do not wish to be recorded, tell the agent at the start of the call.
13. No walk-in address
No public walk-in address is listed on this website. In-person help in the Los Angeles area is arranged by phone with a local licensed agent.
14. Third-party links
We link to official government resources and other third-party sites for convenience. We do not control those sites, do not endorse them, and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices.
15. Accuracy and changes
Immigration procedures, detention facilities, agency hours, and phone numbers change. We work to keep this site accurate but make no warranty that content is current, complete, or error-free, and we may change the site at any time.
16. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of this website or reliance on its content. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
17. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California are the exclusive venue for disputes — except where federal law, a federal agency's procedures, or a federal court's jurisdiction controls the underlying immigration bond matter.
18. Privacy and updates to these terms
Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these terms by reference. We may update these terms; the version posted on this page applies to your use of the site. Questions about these terms are answered by phone at (888) 845-8806.
