This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled in connection with immigrationbailbonds.bond, operated by Hutch K. Harutyunyan DBA: Hutch's Bail Bonds, California Lic. 1840622 / 0840622, Insurance, principal place of business Los Angeles, California.
2. No forms and no browser-collected personal information
This website has no contact form, email field, chat widget, newsletter signup, account registration, or payment gateway. We do not ask you to type personal information into this site, and we do not collect it through the site.
3. Server logs
Like nearly all websites, the hosting infrastructure records standard technical request information such as IP address, user agent, requested page, and timestamp. These logs exist for security, abuse prevention, and reliability.
4. Analytics
We may use privacy-respecting, aggregate website analytics to understand which pages are useful. Analytics are used in aggregate and are not used to build advertising profiles of visitors. We do not name a vendor here unless one is in use.
5. Information shared during a phone call
Sensitive information reaches us by phone, not through this website. On a call you may choose to share a detained person's name, A-Number, date and country of birth, facility, bond amount, and information about the person signing or providing collateral.
6. Categories of information handled
In the course of arranging a bond we may handle identifiers such as names, dates of birth, and contact details; financial information related to premium and collateral; property information where real estate collateral is offered; and information about a third party in government custody that a caller provides.
7. How information is used
To answer questions, verify who is authorized to act, evaluate and quote a surety bond, prepare and administer bond and collateral documents, comply with legal and licensing obligations, and communicate about the bond.
8. Who information may be shared with
Information may be shared with sureties and underwriters, appointed agents in other states, payment processors, notaries and document services, and government agencies or courts where required to post, administer, or cancel a bond, or where required by law.
9. No sale of personal information
We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising by default.
10. California privacy rights
California residents may have rights under the CCPA/CPRA to know, delete, correct, or limit certain uses of personal information. Because this site has no forms, requests are made by phone at (888) 845-8806. We will verify identity before acting on a request, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
11. Retention
Bond and collateral records are retained as long as needed for the bond obligation, then for the period required by insurance, licensing, tax, and legal obligations, after which they are disposed of securely.
12. Children
This website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16 through this site.
13. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we make no claim of SOC 2, HIPAA, or similar certification.
