California Immigration Bonds

From Los Angeles and the Inland Empire to San Diego, Kern County, and the Bay Area, families call us when a loved one is in ICE custody. Coverage is statewide. In-person help in the Los Angeles area is arranged by phone with local licensed agents. We do not publish a walk-in office address.

Why California families call first

A large ICE population

California has one of the largest immigration enforcement caseloads in the country, so many families are dealing with ICE custody at the same time.

Several detention sites

People are held at multiple privately operated detention facilities across the state, and transfers between them are common.

Language matters

We take calls in English, Spanish, and Armenian so families can ask questions in the language they think in.

Call even if they were moved

Immigration detention is federal, and people are transferred. If your loved one is detained anywhere in California — or was picked up in California and transferred out of state — call anyway. We work with licensed agents in all 50 states and can still explain the process and coordinate posting when a bond is available.

How to confirm where they are

To confirm where someone is held, use the official ICE Online Detainee Locator . It is a government tool, not one of ours, and its information can be limited or delayed.

California ICE detention facilities

ICE offices in California are government offices, not ours

ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations covers California through the Los Angeles, San Diego, and San Francisco field office regions. Bond acceptance and ERO offices have been publicly listed in California cities including Los Angeles, San Diego, Calexico, El Centro, Sacramento, Bakersfield, San Francisco. Those are federal government locations with their own hours and rules. Immigration Bail Bonds does not operate them and does not publish a walk-in address of its own.
